30-day returns

You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Just send us a message to start the process.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within a few business days.

Custom orders

Personalized and made-to-order pieces are crafted just for you, so they are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or full refund — no need to return it.
